Load csv file error

when I load some csv files ,the results is not as expected.
first:
array is lat< val1:float > [i=0:*,100,0]
load(lat,‘data/lat.csv’,-2,‘csv’);
data is

the real result:

second:
array is speed< val1:double > [i=0:*,1000,0]
load(speed,‘data/newspd.csv’,-2,‘csv’);

The precise format of the .csv file is important.

Rather than showing the formatted display, best thing to do is to look at the file itself, in all of its raw ASCII glory.

What does ‘head -10 lat.csv’ look like? What about ‘head -10 newspd.csv’?
