Install error

I’m trying to build and install scidb- on Centos 6.4 (Final).
I had a glitch in “yum install mock” which I was able to work around by changing (
I’m good until “ install” where I get an error here…

Make sure commands setup, make, install, start are performed (in that order) before stop, stopForce, tests

Not sure how to debug the issue.
Let me know if you have any ideas.

** Solved
The crux of the problem prob lies in the fact that I did not run the postgresql install process, because it already installed on my system.
I had to add mydb to pg_hba.conf so that it had network access to postgresql.
