Cannot stop database

Hello

I get an error message when I try to stop the database:

scidb@ubuntu:~$ scidb.py stopall test1

I found this bug report, but I am not sure if it is the same issue or if it applies to my version. I am running SciDB v12.3 on Ubuntu 11.10.

Any insight appreciated, thank you.
